Spanish Fork Rehab delivers beauty and quality
We are in the middle of a two phase re-build for our facilities. Phase 1 is complete which gives room to 29 residents. Coming spring 2022, we will complete Phase 2 which will include 15 more private rooms and a beautiful exterior to keep our residents safe and happy.
